Just for once, we’re gonna talk about the recipe, for real! But don’t get used to it… We just think this particular one can benefit for a little explanation. It’s a traditional dish in Germany and North of Italy but it’s probably totally unknown outside of Europe.
Sometimes as we go grocery shopping for some particular recipe, there’s no doubt the cashier must be perplexed by what we buy. One time there was this rock/metal-looking guy and while we were paying he asked if we could invite him to the party, too, because it looked awesome!
Quesadillas, Tortillas, Enchiladas, Flautas, Tacos, Fajitas, Burritos… For us people living outside of Mexico (and close countries) it’s SO EFFING DIFFICULT to understand which is what and the differences, we just know that they are all delicious and an awesome drunk food!
